This site shows cars listed on a booking platform and passes searches to that platform. It does not hold your rental, it does not take your payment and it does not store your card. The rental agreement, the payment and the deposit are between you and the rental supplier.

When you search for a car, the pick-up point, the drop-off point and the dates you choose are passed to the booking platform that runs the search, and the results come back from it. The details you enter after you choose a car go to the booking platform. This site is not a party to the rental agreement and never sees your card details.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a message, and optionally your travel dates. Those details are sent to this site's own inbox, info@tenerifesouthairportcarhire.com, through an email delivery service, with your email address set as the reply address. They are used only to reply to you. They are not added to a mailing list and they are not sold. An email sent directly to the same address reaches the same inbox without the form. A message longer than 5,000 characters is not sent.

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and page views in aggregate. Its search events record the pick-up point, any drop-off point, the number of rental days and whether the search was one way. Its booking events record whether the booking widget loaded, which car was opened, whether the booking summary was viewed and whether the visitor went on to checkout. The site never reads what you type into the booking form, and nothing typed into the contact form is sent to analytics. The site carries no advertising and sells no data to a data broker.

To have a message you sent through the contact form deleted, ask at info@tenerifesouthairportcarhire.com and it will be deleted. Anything held by the booking platform or by the rental supplier, including your booking itself, is held by them under their own privacy policies.
